The media has a long history of being in coherts with the government on one level or another. Sadly, the average American doesn’t even think about it. *Oh, the poor girl in Aruba!* vs. *We’re being stripped of our rights!* MSNBC, CNN, CBS all saw fit to cover the Holloway story (in today’s online reports) but isn’t that always the case, Anti- vs. Intellectual? If a story can evoke emotion, it seems as though news stations are all over the story but that brings me to ask, have Americans stopped caring about their individual rights as long as they can get the right (or left) guy in office?
